Barenboim-Said FRIENDS is our international circle of friends that sees itself as one community.

The Daniel Barenboim Foundation relies on generous support to continue to fulfill its mission. If you would like to donate on a regular basis, our international community of Barenboim-Said FRIENDS should be just the right thing for you

Your contribution supports the activities of the international educational and musical projects of the Barenboim-Said organizations; it also helps provide high-quality instruments for outstanding talents at our educational institutions.

Through our FRIENDS newsletter, you will receive regular updates on what your donations have achieved and which activities of our projects are currently in need of funding.

On request, we will be happy to make exclusive arrangements for priority ticket orders for our events or individual experiences such as rehearsal visits, house concerts, private lectures, trips with and to our projects, or meetings with artists—just contact us!

Joining our friends’ community is easy. Simply donate annually by bank transfer or online and confirm that you would like to be included in our FRIENDS network. You will receive a receipt for your donation (tax-deductible in Germany), or, on request, via our international partner foundations according to the regulations applicable there. Your access expires automatically at the end of the year if you have not donated; a formal cancellation is not necessary.
